Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We offer nationwide shipping across India for all our products.
  • Orders are processed within 1 business days. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events.
  • Delivery within India takes approximately 4-7 business days.
  • Express shipping options are available for faster delivery at an additional cost.
  • Free shipping is applicable on orders above INR 2000. For orders below this amount, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available with a nominal charge of INR 100.
  • COD Advance Payment: To ensure smooth delivery, a small advance payment may be required during the confirmation call. This amount will be deducted from the total order value upon delivery.
  • If a COD order is returned due to customer unavailability or any other reason, the advance payment is non-refundable.

International Shipping

  • We are delighted to offer worldwide shipping.
  • International orders are dispatched within 3-4 business days after order confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery timelines:
    • Urban areas: 10-12 business days
    • Rural areas: 20-25 business days (may vary based on location)
  • Customs & Import Duties: Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
  • In case of any changes in international shipping fees, customers will be notified via email and WhatsApp.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Customers can use this tracking number to monitor their shipment’s status in real-time.

Order Delays & Communication

  • If there are any unexpected delays due to logistics, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, we will promptly notify you via email or WhatsApp.
  • We strive to ensure timely delivery, but in rare cases, shipping delays may occur beyond our control.

Address Accuracy & Shipping Errors

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details.
  • If an order is delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Al-Kiah Tobacco Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the courier.
  • If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier and local authorities to file a report.
  • In case of damaged products upon arrival, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images.
